Kiln Studio is hiring a design researcher in London. The work is hands-on: you will own a slice of the operation, ship it, and stay close to the people who use it.

This is a Full-time role. Most of the week is on site, with flexibility for deep-work days. We post on Callboard because candidates here are already looking — not waiting to be found.

What you bring

  • Experience with Interviews and Civic.
  • Demonstrated work in design.
  • Clear writing and calm communication.
